Rumor: Tori Spelling announces that it's a girl for her and Dean McDermott
Actress Tori Spelling is having a girl according to Perez Hilton.  Perez is reporting that the 34-year-old actress informed him of the news Tuesday, March 18th during a book launch party for sTORI Telling.

Tori and husband Dean McDermott expect their second child together in early June.  Their oldest son, Liam, is 12 months.
