Adriana Lima in her ‘birthday suit’? You better believe it because she poses naked for the April 2008 issue of GQ magazine.This “Love, Sex, & Madness” edition of the mag will be on newsstands, March 25th.

But some disappointment for you guys; she will not be completely without attire. She uses a strategically placed leaf, hair, and sand to avoid GQ becoming a carbon copy of Playboy. But the pics are still hot, eh?
