Shia LaBeouf's Smoking Problem
In February, Shia LaBeouf was busted for violating a local ordinance, when he was caught smoking on the street of a protected shopping district in Burbank, California. Now, he's in trouble with the law for failing to show in court.

Shia's probably got bigger things to concern himself with than a ticket public smoking, as he's starring in the upcoming Indiana Jones movie, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Also, he's way behind in his misbehaving. At this point, I think he's got a few bouts of public drunkenness under his belt along with the smoking bit. Call me when someone finds a bloody hooker on the hood of his car and we'll talk.
