The city parliament of Hamburg Germany was ordered by court to pay damages to the Church of Scientology because of Ursula Caberta's lies.

In September, 2001 she resigned from SPD. In 2004 she stamped in into the WASG. With the election in 2005 she stood as a nominee on the list of Hamburg on place 2. However, she missed the move in the parliament. She left the WASG in February, 2007 in protest against the approach to PDS.

In that time she concentrated mostly toward Scientology matters.

18.03.2008 – The Highest Court of Hamburg Germany pleads that Ursula Caberta is guilty of violating her duties towards the Church of Scientology as a member of the City Parliament.

Since 15 years she was placed by the city of Hamburg as responsible terminal in regards to the Church of Scientology and matters in relation with Scientology. She violated her duties by spreading lies in the Medias about the Church. The Court stated that Ursula Caberta should have seen and known that her critical comments were way over the limit. Each of her lies where thoroughly looked into and proven as such.

Within those 15 years she continued to spread those lies about the Church and therefore the city of Hamburg is to pay damages to the Church of Scientology.

There remains to hope that the Hamburg inside authority from this court judgment pulls the correct ends and prevents in future false statements of his employees, towards groups and religions.

As every religion has the right to be respected.
