Ashley Dupre Girls Gone Wild (VIDEO)! Age Dispute? Will Ashley Alexandra Dupre DVD release, or Not?

This story seems to be changing by the day. Let’s recap.AP News  first reported that Joe Francis had found in the Girls Gone Wild archives footage of Dupre from March 13 to March 2003 shot in Miami. Dupre had been in Miami for her birthday, been reportedly thrown out of her hotel by her friend(s), where she found the GGW Bus. According to AP’s first article when this story broke, Dupre “signed legal papers and spent a full week on the bus, filming seven full-length tapes which included nudity and same-sex encounters, according to the company. “Notice the use of the word “encounter”.Now Francis is quoted in US Magazine saying the following:

“She’s doing Girls Gone Wild-typical [stuff]: dancing around naked and flashing her breasts,” he says. And about whether she was 17 or 18, “It doesn’t matter. There’s no sexual contact, so even if she was 17 or 16 for that matter, federal and state law permits posing nude. We’re just talking about nudity.”

Earlier this week, TMZ reported the DVD is being delayed to look at the age matter. Today US Magazine says its going ahead as planned.
