Paternity suit claims comedian Mike Epps is a dad
Is actor/comedian Mike Epps a dad? A Georgia woman has filed a paternity suit against the 37-year-old, claiming he fathered her child in December of 2007.  The woman's attorney, Randy Kessler, released the following statement,

We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child.

Randy's also said that the woman wanted to work this out in private but since the filing early last month, Mike has ignored five letters and phone calls to his lawyer.

If true, this would be the first child for Mike, who has been since 2006 to Michelle McCain.
