The couple are planning to get married in an English ceremony on 3rd March before heading to India - Nayar’s birthplace - two days later to continue Their $870,000 wedding party.
They have invited guests, who are expected to include Hugh Grant and Sir Elton John, to a five-day bash from March 5-10, which is to be held in locations across India from “Bombay to Rajasthan”.
A friend of the couple told British newspaper The Mirror, “While the UK wedding will be a quiet affair, the Indian celebration will be over-the-top and flamboyant. Elizabeth is hoping that all their friends will be able to make all five days. It will certainly be a wedding party to remember. Elizabeth doesn’t do anything by halves. There are already all sorts of rumours about what she’s planning - but it will definitely be lavish.”
