Hot off the Runway - Christian Siriano - Winner of Project Runway Season 4.

Christian Siriano - the current winner of Project Runway Season 4. Was a sure talent to beat amongst his rivals.

Christian Siriano was one of fifteen hopefuls on season 4 of Bravo’s reality fashion competition, Project Runway. He won three challenges throughout the season: What’s The Skinny, En Garde, and The Art of Fashion. At the reunion show, Christian won $10,000 as this season’s Fan Favorite.

On the final episode, Christian was named the winner of Project Runway and guest judge Victoria Beckham asked him to design an outfit for her. They are currently working together and he has designed several outfits for her.

Continuing onto a very successful career, I personally visited Christians web site to see the latest fashions he is producing on the runway.

Lights …music…let the fashion show begin…

First to hit the runway is all ‘black’ ensambles.
From decadent feather hats, black silk tops, accompanied with siphon frilled skirts.

Second to hit the runway are tight skinny satin slacks, with puffed sleeved siphon shirts, and high waisted belts.

The collection takes a complete turn, from all black. To softer coco browns and creams. This dual natured siphon dress is just breath taking.

We see the lighter side of dark again featuring the frilly siphon creams.

As young as Christian is, 21 years of age. I couldn’t help but sense a little Alexander McQueen in his designs. Later to learn that in Christian’s bio he derived some of his inspiration from him.
