Television star Blake Lively greets a new doggie friend on the set of ‘Gossip Girl’ filming on Hudson Street and Horatio in the West Village yesterday in New York City. She is obviously a dog lover as she stopped to pat the cute canine. I always have a saying. If someone does not like animals, don’t trust them !
