O’Toole turned herself in to the NYPD late Saturday afternoon with her lawyer, law-enforcement sources said.
She was charged with promoting prostitution, a Class D felony, cops said.
O’Toole is accused of running the day-to-day operations of Wicked Models, a multimillion-dollar prostitution ring allegedly headed by now-jailed madam Kristin Davis.
The ring had thousands of wealthy Manhattan clients, including Spitzer, sources said.
O’Toole is a college student who loves botany.
“This is a shock to me,” said Annette Derose, whose son Christopher is engaged to O’Toole.
“Whatever she did, that’s her business, but it’s like, whoa, never in my wildest dreams.”
Derose said it wouldn’t surprise her if her son - a Marine on his second tour in Iraq - was in the dark about her alleged dirty work.
“Maybe she was keeping it from him, too,” she said. “If he knew that, I don’t think he would be with her - because he’s a one-girl man.
“What you see is what you get.”
