Regis Philbin's former co-host will co-anchor the Today Show's fourth hour with Hoda Kotb starting Monday, it was announced this morning.
"I'm eight years older, ten pounds heavier and a half inch shorter, and just been time for HD television," Gifford, 54, said on NBC's Today this morning (Watch above).
Gifford is best known for co-hosting Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, which she left in 2000.
