Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon back after week-long holiday
Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have returned from a week-long holiday
in Mexico.
The couple - who met on the set of 'Rendition' last year - were spotted at
Los Angeles' LAX airport this weekend after returning from a family holiday
with Reese's two children, Ava, four, and Deacon, eight, from her marriage
to actor Ryan Phillippe.


Reese held Deacon's hand as they left the airport, with Jake hobbling along
on crutches behind. The 'Brokeback Mountain' star has been relying on the
walking aids since hurting his leg in a game of basketball earlier this
year.
Jake seems to be a firm fixture in the Witherspoon household, and enjoys
spending time with the actress' children.
Last December, Jake was seen holding Deacon's hand as he and Reese walked
around a Malibu park.
The 27-year-old actor also accompanied Reese, Ava and Deacon trick or
treating last Halloween.
Reese's ex-husband Ryan - from who she divorced last October after seven
years of marriage - recently revealed he found it "bizarre" seeing pictures
of Reese and Jake together, but added: "He's a good dude. I love her and I
want her to be happy, and it seems like she is."
