Former band member of group Xscape Tiny Tameka Cottle and her boyfriend rapper T.I.,who until Monday had been on house arrest for nearly six months, headed into town to a pictorial exhibit on Monday night. The rapper who  recently plead guilty to  federal weapons possession is no longer under house rest but is in home detention.READ MORE
