Mariah Carey and her giant boobs were at the Cipriani restaurant celebrating her 18 number 1 singles on the Billboard charts. She has surpassed Elvis Presley and is only 3 singles away from surpassing The Beatles and if she does so, she'll become the artist with the most number one singles in American music history. The place was decked out with balloons that had '18' written on them to symbolize her achievement. Mariah celebrated all night long and left a little later than 2.30am.
