SALMA HAYEK IS PREGNANT, ENGAGED
Ben Widdicombe of the New York Daily News says that Salma Hayek is pregnant and engaged to boyfriend Francois-Henri Pinault (this handsome devil).  Pinault is not well know in America - most never even knew the two were dating - but he is a billionaire and well known in his native France.  He is the CEO of PPR, the world's third largest luxury conglomerate. PPR was founded by Francois-Henris father, Francois Pinault.  PPR owns Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, the French department store Printemps, catalog giant La Redoute and the music-and-book chain FNAC.  Their main holding company is Artemis, which owns Christie's auction house, the Château Latour vineyard, the French news magazine Le Point, several newspapers, a soccer club and a Paris theater.  At one time they also owned Converse, Samsonite luggage and the Vail Ski resort in Colorado.  Salma's publicist told Ben:
“Businessman, Francois-Henri Pinault, and his fiancee, Salma Hayek, are happy to announce they are expecting the arrival of their first child."
Wow, what a lucky break that a Hollywood actresses soul mate would be a billionaire.  How shocking.  Love is funny I guess.  Even with all our advanced technology, we still cant predict the heart.  We can put horses on Mars but still cant explain a simple thing like love.  I guess the big question is what am I gonna wear.  I’m thinking my ivory tipped cane, top hat and spats, just in case I have to do a big number.
