David Kim filed a complaint in a Los Angeles court yesterday, claiming fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract and a ton of state labor code violations. He only worked for Lohan for five months, and says he's owed over $55,000. Ouch. Did she EVER pay him?
Kim says he was hired in October 2006 at the rate of $4,000 per week or $2,800 for "the nightclub shift". You have to figure he was supposed to have made a lot of money on that "nightclub" shift because bitch never left the club!
Lohan's underlings claim she never even employed him. He says that he quit in October of 2007 because she wasn't paying up. I assume there's no HR department in the Lohan camp to have complained to.
