According to a post frontman Dexter Holland put up on the band's Web site, The Offspring will release Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. But that's not all the band has in store.
"After over a year of recording, I'm happy to announce that we are finishing up our CD this week," Holland wrote in his post. "We've worked really hard on this, and I think it's some of the best stuff we've ever done. ... Our first single is called "Hammerhead." Listen for it on the radio starting in early May. We have some shows coming up around the world as well. We are all looking forward to headlining the Download Festival in the U.K. and we will have more shows being added too, so check back here for more tour dates.
A track list has yet to be announced, although a new song, "Half-Truism," was performed at the Offspring's recent stops in Sydney and Melbourne. Fear not if you missed those shows, though – the band recently announced a few tour dates for the summer.
