Without a Trace's Poppy Montgomery is not thinking about marriage to actor Adam Kaufman, PEOPLE reports.

"It didn't ever really occur to me," she told Wednesday's USA Today. "My focus is having a happy, loving environment. I feel like as long as we're committed to each other and we have a happy home, we have a marriage – just not with a piece of paper."
The CBS star, 32, gave birth to son Jackson Phillip in December.
