Beyonce and Jay-Z have been house hunting.
The couple looked at several properties in the Dominican Republic during a
recent trip, including Oscar de la Renta's Casa de Campo - a gated community
featuring private beaches, four private golf courses, three polo fields,
clay tennis courts and 20 swimming pools reports Female First Uk.
Properties in the private estate range from $3-6 million.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé Knowles has bought a white dress - sparking more wedding rumors.
The singer-and-actress, who is rumored to be tying the knot with her rapper
lover Jay-Z, saw the blue Guy Laroche dress worn by Hilary Swank when she
won an Oscar for 'Million Dollar Baby' in a shop window and fell in love
with it.
Beyoncé rushed back to the New York store the next day and bought the dress
in white without even trying it on.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "The staff were so sweet,
gracious and soft-spoken. This dress could easily be worn as a wedding
gown."

The multi platinum, 9 time Grammy-award winning superstar announced during an interview with Reuters that she plans to create yet another banner year for 2007.
