The new tv broadcast of the “LALATE 10″, ranking the hottest discussed celebrities this week, is now out! Chris Brown makes the list for the third week in a row. But how high does he get?

Also jumping onto the list … actress Demi Lovato.

There are some suprises.

The weekly LALATE 10 chart ranks celebrities statistically based upon online activity across a representative sampling of American based websites, communities, blogs, and searches, looking at actions of online readers and authors toward celebrities over the proceeding seven days. The ranking is not based upon how beautiful the celebrity looks, but how much activity the celebrity generated online the preceeding seven days.
