They exchanged vows in front of 60 guests during the intimate, beachfront ceremony at swank resort, One&Only Palmilla, New York's Daily News reports.
Carrying a bouquet of white roses, McGrew walked down the aisle to an altar covered in pink wildflowers. According to the Daily News, she wore a strapless white gown with gold embroidering and a large bow and short train in the back.
Before the 16-minute ceremony, Manning's brother Peyton, a quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, whispered words of encouragement to his sib, the Daily News said.
"Welcome to one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever presided over," the minister said, opening the ceremony.
After the wedding, guests sipped on tails and nibbled on appetizers on the beach.
