Shia LaBeouf Pays $500 for Misdemeanor Smoking Charge
Actor Shia LaBeouf's misdemeanor charge of "unlawful smoking" in Burbank, CA was dismissed and he paid a $500 fine, according to a pre-trial minute order released Thursday.

The Indiana Jones co-star was not present at the hearing.

He had been cited for the charge in February and pleaded not guilty.

The 21-year-old was arrested for trespassing in a Chicago pharmacy back in November. That charge was later dropped.
