Photos: Miley Cyrus now Regrets Risqué Vanity Fair Photo Shoot

Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus now regrets taking these risqué photos for Vanity Fair by famed photographer Annie Lebowitz for the June issue of the magazine. My question is , why is a 15 year old apologizing when here dad , Billy Ray was there? Should he be apologizing for allowing her to do it?

Hey , Billy Ray when the photographer say’s "Ok, Miley you can take your top off"  …Shouldn’t a light bulb go off? Anywho, see the rest of the shoot here along with some more behind the scenes from the shoot.

  • i think that everyone is overracting because she is in a way an "anerican sweetheart" but i also believe that she has to grow up sometime and that the photos where a statement that she was growing up, and were not intended to be offensive.
