Madonna's Hard Candy Tastes Sweet
Yikes. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with Madge's face, needless to say, I won't be eating jelly beans any time soon. However, it seems that all of her hard work has paid off, with her her record sales for her Hard Candy expected to be as strong as those rock-hard guns she's sporting.

Her message this time around is a lot less obviously socially conscious than her last and the New York Times says her light-hearted dance tracks "will have her arena audiences singing along," adding, "she was smart to stay shallow."

Additionally, Jim Farber of the New York Daily News could barely contain his love for the album, "It may be the best album of Madonna's career." With her 50th birthday taking place this August, girlfriend seems perched to punch middle-age right in the face.
