Girls Gone Wild owner Joe Francis is not new to the lawsuit game and will set out to prove that to Eliot Spitzer’s former call girl, Ashley Alexander Dupre. Filing a $10 million lawsuit against Francis and the GGW franchise yesterday, Dupre claims Francis misrepresented her name and used her image for profit.
