But when it comes to his presidential campaign... well, not so much.
"When I call them, they say, 'Daddy, what did you do today?' I say, 'Well, I spoke to 35,000 people,'" Obama told Rachael Ray in an interview that aired Tuesday.
"It's like, 'Boring!'" he added. "It's not interesting."
The Democratic presidential hopeful – who is Just Like Us — called campaigning "thrilling except I'm not seeing my wife and kids enough." (They usually see each other once a week.)
Wife Michelle — who recently wrote a letter of support for her husband in Us Weekly — said she still can't get over seeing her husband's face on campaign memorabilia.
"It's sort of like, 'Look, it's Dad!'" Michelle told Ray. "'Is that Dad on a shirt? Is that Dad on a stick?'
"It's just Barack," she added. "What's he doing on a shirt?"
