Laura Boyce filed a lawsuit Wednesday also alleging wrongful termination, among other claims, Allred tells People. No further details were available.
"The details of the lawsuit will speak for itself," Allred said.
Rob Lowe's attorney Larry Stein declined to comment, since he hadn't yet seen the lawsuit.
Lowe, 44, and his wife Sheryl, 46, preemptively filed lawsuits against Boyce and two other ex-employees on April 7. They claim they're the victims of an attempted $1.5 million extortion scheme, led by their former nanny, Jessica Gibson, 24.
A week later, Gibson filed a countersuit, alleging the actor repeatedly exposed himself and inappropriately touched her. Gibson worked for the couple off and on for seven years, having voluntarily quit twice, according to the Lowes.
Boyce, however, worked for the Lowes only for the last year, their lawsuit states.
Meanwhile, the third employee, Peter Clements, the Lowes's former private chef, has yet to file a legal response. source
