She’s on top of the world with a No. 1 new album, and it appears that Mariah Carey has even more reason to celebrate.

Breaking reports from Access Hollywood claim that Mimi is ready for another go at marriage - getting engaged to her beau, Nick Cannon.



A source close to Carey has confirmed to the entertainment news agency that the music diva is indeed engaged to the actor/rapper, but reps for both singers were unavailable for comment.

 

Carey was previously married to record executive Tommy Mottola from 1993 to 1998, while Cannon was engaged to Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks in 2007, but never made it to the altar.
