Rain Beats Heavy on Colbert

For the second year in a row, South Korean actor and singer Rain beat out Stephen Colbert in Time Magazine’s Poll Results of the most influential people. They only came in at number 2 and 3 this year though as compared to last year’s number 1 and 2 spots. This year’s top spot went to Shigeru Miyamoto, the video game designer who created Mario, Donkey Kong and The Legend of Zelda. At 25 years old, Rain is already training a successor to his own Asian pop company. He may be a Hollywood upstart and we may not understand what he sings in his songs but the boy has got some power under his wing. At the rate he’s going, he might retire at age 35.
