  • This story is misleading and basically not true. They won't confirm or deny as Derek is very private and you could find very little info on his last girlfriend India. I'm sure they figure their business is not the public's business. They were photographed by a fan kissing in New York on the street and have been seen together everywhere. The comments were regarding playing up the romance angle on the show. They weren't referring to the kisses (not on the cheek) that were taking by a photographer (not affiliated with the show) on the beach. They both basically admitted the romance on Jimmy Kimmel after much pressing and mentioned they were vacationing together. On Regis, they admitted that they were going to continue dancing with some ProAm competitions. Julianne has commented on this yesterday or day before when preparing for the 100th episode on Entertainment Tonight and ENews that she is ok with it, "they are single, hot and I think Shannon is amazing". She broke up with the boyfriend the week of Derek's neck injury. The other celebs like Cheryl said as much on one of her interviews.
