A Cute Way to Wear Wellies...
I own a tan plaid pair of rainboots and when it rains, I always wear them with jeans.  But after seeing this pic, it can be a super cute look paired with the right dress too!  What I love about them, is they're cute and they keep your feet dry when it's wet and raining outside.  And it's just fun to walk into puddles like you're 5 years old.  Love 'em.
