He has told the 19-year-old to move from her Islington flat to his home in Battersea, London.
In a desperate bid to steer her away from “bad influences" he has also issued a list of rules she has to abide by.
A source said: "Peaches has never been someone who likes to be controlled. So when Bob laid down the rules she was angry — but she knows that there is nothing she can do.
"Bob is one of the most trusting parents and Peaches knows that, which is why she feels that she has let him down even more. What's harder for her to digest is that she will have to cut off all her mates who she has met recently, because Bob sees them as a bad influences.
"She is not allowed to DJ for a while or go to many parties because he is worried that she could be led astray again.
"Her cash and credit cards have been taken away, so she now has to ask him for money to do anything. When she does, she will face a grilling over what she needs the money for. It's going to be pretty hard for her to deal with but her main concern is making it up to her dad because deep down she knows he is only doing all this because he loves her."
Peaches - and to a lesser extent her underage sister Pixie - have been regulars in London's clubs, a fact their father has tolerated for years.
