This time it's Lauren Hastings, a 23-year-old Los Angeles model (and my boyfriend Shia's other girlfriend) whose house-sitter threw a party while Hastings was out of town last spring. (Nice house-sitting, ass.) According to an interview with Buzznet that aired yesterday on Inside Edition, the house-sitter invited Thefty Stealypants to the party, and when Hastings returned, her closets were empty.
Apparently, Hastings had agreed to give Lohan some clothes. (WHY? I still don't understand why Lindsay Lohan cannot walk her fortune down to the mall and buy some of her own .) But what Lohan actually took were ALL of the clothes, handing them by the bagful to her bodyguard Jazman Bennett, who "hauled" them away. Hastings called the cops, but they said they had insufficient evidence to arrest Lohan, since the witnesses who saw her handing the clothes to Bennett didn't personally see her remove them from the closets.
Hastings also tried confronting Larceny McTakestuff herself, but that didn't work either. Lohan denied everything and called Hastings delusional, pathetic, and out of her mind. Project much, Lindsay?
