Not only can she play a chic and savvy, fashion-obsessed metropolitan, but Sarah Jessica Parker is now poised to expand her repertoire.  Yes, she is managing to pull off the too-often-attempted, not-often-enough-successful mastery of life imitating art.

We guess she just can’t get away from working in New York City.  This time, instead of acting – she’s using her other formidable prowess that we often admired, off and on the set of Sex in the City: Fashion.

On March 14, she showed her line to fashion magazine editors at a private lunch session.

With the Sex in the City theatrical appearance open for discussion once more, Carrie Bradshaw’s alter ego may be able to provide the wardrobe for these sexy ladies…

Still, it would be nice if we could see the line prior to the movie.

After suffering through Mary Kate and Ashley, Kathie Lee Gifford and a host of other clothing line “moguls”, isn’t it about time that we actually had a celeb clothing line brainchild who is genuinely passionate about fashion?
