How Does Britney Still Have Teeth?

(Flynet)

Britney's acting very Sandra Bullock in the beginning of 28 Days - cranky and rude. And she's not putting on little shows yet to please the staff. Maybe she needs a roommate to overdose and die in their shared bathroom so she can get right with things and see shining redemption on the other side. Also, she's drinking enough Coca-Cola to insure that her teeth are going to rot out of her beautiful mouth. Dirty flip-flops, a wiffle, and Mrs. Yuckmouth teeth. That is not the look, Brit.

Britney seems singularly unwilling to get with the program. Former Promises patient Rachel Hill tells Star that "you're up at 7 a.m. and have to make your bed and clean your own room -- because part of recovery is being accountable for your own chores." Not Britney. "She refuses to pick up after herself and even asked if she could hire a maid!" says the source. "She's asking for this and that, special food, special everything -- and she's not that nice to anyone. She has a serious entitlement problem."

"Usually when a patient eats [a lot of] sugar," adds the source, "it means that they are coming down from a drug that kept them really up, like cocaine or speed." And Britney is definitely chowing down on the sweets. "She has been drinking tons of Coca-Cola -- about two cases a day, or 24 Cokes in 24 hours. She drinks one after the other!" a source tells Star. (There are 140 calories in a single Coke -- so that means Brit's imbibing at least 3,300 calories every day from the soft drinks alone!)

She's also telling people that she doesn't belong in rehab because she thinks she went beserk due to post-partum depression. Well, when you're powering down coke, weed and Hellman's mayonaise everyday, it's usually an indicator of something wrong besides serotonin levels. A can of Coke an hour? Eww. Can't you de-rust nails by leaving them in that stuff?

More photos of a very shy Britney Spears are after the jump.
