Photographers snapped former hot-ass Colin Farrell on the Alicante, Spain set of his upcoming film “Triage.” I have no clue if his dramatic weight lose is for the role, but ooo wee, he needs to pile those pounds back on ASAP, because he looks on the verge of death.

The Daily Mail theorized that Colin now looks like his “fellow Irish celebrity, snooker player Alex “Hurricane” Higgins,” (thus, the side-by-side photos) but I have no clue who that is, so whatev.
