Drew Barrymore’s Got a New Boyfriend

And he’s Sofia Coppola’s sloppy seconds… er, ex-husband… Spike Jonze. Alright, we’re happy for Drew, really. He seems like a kookoo kinda guy and that makes them a great match. You know him from directing well-known music videos, including those for Weezer, Beastie Boys and Fatboy Slim, as well as that quirky little film Being John Malkovich. So, he’s definitely got the wierd-but-in-a-good-way factor working for him and is probably a step up from Drew’s previous boy toy, Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti (although we think you can't get any sexier than Fab- sorry, Spike).

So, here’s how this latest relationship came to light – Drew and Spike were seen kissing Tuesday evening after having dinner together. We know what you’re thinking… that little piece of info does not confirm they are a couple. How about this? A restaurant witness claims that they were “all over each other” during their date. Ok, so maybe they're not a couple but at least it's a great hookup, right?

Shout out to Drew’s gal-pal Cameron Diaz, who apparently has an ongoing gripe about Sofia Coppola. This latest bit of relationship news should have Cam’s grin in full force.

Okay, time to weigh in – how long will this relationship last? We don’t mean to be a downer, but judging by each of their short-lived marriages, neither of them has put in a lot of reliable elationship time. Or maybe they're just in it for a good romp?
