Jessica Alba married Cash Warren her rep confirmed to Usmagazine.

The pair exchanged vows Monday.

Alba, 27, is expecting a daughter with Warren, 31, this summer.

The pair met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004. Warren was the istant to the film's director.

This is the first marriage for both Jessica and Cash.
