Tsk. Men. Flying penis interrupts boring political speech

Alas for the Russian space program -- all these engineers with nothing to do. So they're outfitting flying penises to interrupt boring political speeches, now.

No, wait, that might be actually be a brilliant use of pertinent skills. All is not lost.

Anyway, what happened was that chess grandmaster/political activist Garry Kasparov (shown above) was running for something, or supporting some party, who cares.

But as he's making this political speech, well, someone, somewhere evidently didn't give a flying f*ck about all this political stuff, and gave the bored reporters (and everyone else) something to talk about.
