R&B star R KELLY claims he was not the man in a video

having sex with an underage girl, a court heard yesterday,

Emily Smith reported May 20th in the U.K. Sun.

The singer, 41, says a mole on his back proves he is innocent —

as the man filmed with the girl, as young as 13, does not have one.

And his lawyer Sam Adam claimed the woman on the tape,

made between 1998 and 2000,

is a prostitute and not the alleged victim.

Prosecutors claim the 26-minute video,

which was shown in the Chicago court, contains:

"Vile, disturbing and disgusting sex acts,

actions that were choreographed, produced

and starred in by Kelly."

The alleged victim, now in her 20s,

will not testify and claims it is not her in the footage.

Kelly, who was charged six years ago, 

denies 14 child porn charges but faces up to 15

years behind bars if convicted.
