R&B star R Kelly claims he was not the man in a video where he is having sex with a underage girl. The American legend, 41, says the mole on his back proves he is innocent - because the man, who is meant to be Kelly, said the man didn't have a mole. The malicious tape, with the girl being as young as 13, is dated back from 1998 to 2000. His lawyer, Sam Adam said the girl was a prostitute and not a alleged victim. The tape was described as 'disgusting, disturbing and vile'. The 'victim', who is not in her 20's will NOT testify and claims it not her in the crude footage. If R Kelly is convicted, he can face a long jail-term of 15 years.
