Aubrey O'Day And Jesse McCartney's Date Night at The Insider

Aubrey O'Day (24) of Danity Kane was spotted out in NYC with Jesse McCartney (21). Rumors are floating that the pair just started dating and are getting serious. I highly doubt it, I think Aubrey just loves attention and since Jesse's music career is tanking he could use any attention he can get.

The real question is why is Aubrey walking down the street with a glass of wine in her hand?. Last time I did that, I got arrested.
