High School Musical Actress Kaycee Stroh Engaged
23-year-old Kaycee Stroh, who plays smart pop-and-lock girl Martha Cox in Disney's High School Musical franchise, has announced her engagement to 24-year-old boyfriend, Ben Higginson. Stroh tells People magazine that Higginson proposed to her early Saturday morning.
