Jay-z popped the big question to Beyonce on a yacht last summer in Cannes and word is they are having a 3 million dollar bash to celebrate their recent marriage there this weekend. I’m loving the pic of the two getting it in on the dance floor.. Oh, yea..Cassie wasn’t far behind..
