Patrick Swayze living, loving life!

for pancreatic cancer, he’s quit his sick bed to party

and travel with friends and family,

Patrick also splashed out on a diamond ring

during a birthday shopping trip for his lucky

missus before joining pals in the Nevada gambling

city of Reno for a spot of late-night revelling.

And he’s not even feeling the urge

to take it easy during the day.

Over the past fortnight, he’s been fleeing

California to take in the tranquillity of springtime

New Mexico before returning to his home state

for more treatment.

Patrick released this statement to People.com:

“Thought I’d give you guys a little update.

Lisa and I have been back and forth from

New Mexico enjoying the arrival of spring

and new baby calves.

“The past weekend,

we spent a fun time with friends in Reno

for Lisa’s birthday, where I took her jewellery

shopping and we were able to find something

really special and much deserved!

“In the meantime, I am continuing treatment

at Stanford (University Medical Center) and

the great news is I continue to respond well."
