Lindsay's Album A Pleasant Surprise

Aww, that's actually a really pretty picture of Lindsay. She looks like the bright-eyed, bushy-tailed girl we fell in love with so long ago. That sparkle in her eye might have something to do with that new puppy of hers that she's holding. I know she probably shouldn't be trying to take care of a dog right now, but look at how happy she is. It's pretty adorable.

Another reason for her to be glowing is the hype that's starting to build around her upcoming album. With her single "Bossy" getting a surprisingly good response (well, from me, really), Lindsay's also getting some positive feedback from Ne-Yo.

Singer/producer Ne-Yo, who worked with Lohan on her album, admits that the freckled starlet "did a ridiculously fabulous job" and he told People: "I was so shocked I had to call her and apologize for what I was thinking because she did so good. I think the world is gonna be surprised." I think at this point, if it's not horrible, we'll all be amazed.
