Two New York artists are suing NBC, claiming they came up with the idea for Heroes character Isaac Mendez, the heroin addict/prescient painter. The artists, Clifton Mallery and Amnau Karam Eele claim that in April 2005, two Crossing Jordan writers saw an exhibit of their artwork that featured an artist who, like Isaac, can paint the future. Heroes creator Tim Kring worked on Crossing Jordon before creating his new hit show. NBC reportedly said it would defend the lawsuit....
