Madonna, ever the career-girl (music, tours, children’s books), is putting family first – specifically the needs of dad, Tony Ciccone, as he fights cancer. So, time to pack up Lourdes, Rocco, and new son David Banda to look for NY digs. Money, as you might guess, is no problem – Madge is currently scoping out cribs around $20 million. Must be nice.
Let’s just squash any rumors of an impending split with hubby Guy Ritchie. Madge seems to be making the move to support her dad. So, is Guy up for the move? We’re betting this Brit doesn’t want to budge. Other things we’re betting: what Madonna wants, Madonna gets.
A source close to the family said, “Madonna, Guy and the kids are definitely moving to New York this year. The deal is to spend as much time there as in London — if not more.” Just goes to show that there’s more to the material girl than meets the eye.
