15-year-old Disney megastar Miley Cyrus may be at risk of getting used. The star has a best friend, who is 5 years older! I'm not saying that's wrong but don't you think Mandy could be in Miley's spotlight for only one thing... FAME?! Think about it, she more likely leaked that photo of her in her skimpy undies for a publicity stunt. Or trying to make Miley look bad!
