A friend told the Sunday Mirror:
Everyone is amazed they’re looking for a joint mortgage. It’s rather romantic.
But Kate’s more conservative mates have been saying it’s madness given Pete’s reputation as a wild man. He’s not the first person you think of when it comes to financial stability. But they are both giddy about it and see it as a pledge of their love.
Pete being a bad influence on Kate aside, Mr. Doherty is also a messy roommate – the walls on his last apartment were smeared with blood. Let’s hope for better luck this time!
